DELIVERY INFORMATION

• Worldwide shipping from Hong Kong.
• Hong Kong and International area orders are shipped via HongKong Post.
• We offer FREE worldwide shipping for orders over $110 USD made on SONNIEWING online store.

• After sending a product, we will send you the mail tracking number for you to Track and Trace.
• We follow up your order from 09:00am to 18:00pm (GMT+8) during working business days

from Mon to Fri except national holidays.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
 
REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you decide to refuse any shipments from sonniewing.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments),
and the cost of returning the package to sonniewing.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
The following items can't be returned or exchanged (Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for)
